The primary obstacle for Doyon Baking, a legacy industrial manufacturer with $40 million in annual revenue, was an antiquated, fragmented digital presence hosted across multiple disparate platforms. Built on an elementary page-builder framework, the legacy CMS was labor-intensive to maintain, rendering product and resource updates a significant operational challenge. Furthermore, a clunky and convoluted user experience (UX) from the homepage to the product detail pages (PDPs) obscured user journeys and hindered navigation. This inefficient digital infrastructure failed to support Doyon’s position as a premier global provider of commercial baking systems, resulting in optimal user frustration and lost engagement opportunities.
